Hello. Just thought it was interesting that we always say how Iddo is such a rare American name. Anyhow, if you look at crownheights.info, there is a boy who got engaged by the name of Iddo!!! Just thought I'd share.

hi. tonight we had our friend Rina's wedding. VERY nice. all the kids, except Raizy, came. they danced and danced. Thank you to Devorah for doing the girs' hair. they felt, and looked, like princesses. we're hosting sheva brochas tuesday night, on the deck. Chaya (smulson) and her mother were here over shabbos. It's great having chaya back, even for a little bit.

Also, Monday morning my laptop was stolen out of my car while i was in front of a Party City on Ralph Ave. All my sensitive confidential work along with actual hard-copy papers. I filed a police report, but it doesn't seem to positive. I'm trying to have Dell locate it through an IP address. This is some major devastating news, work-wise, for me. It will take some time to recover.

Happy Father's Day

Just wanting to wish everyone a happy father's day, especially Pappa, Shmuely, Dovid, Meir (and you too Iddo). HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

Shavout In Crown Heights

Sounds like Long beach is having a revitalization. Happy to hear it. As far as Crown Heights goes. Etta and I had a very nice time by her mothers. We also enjoyed a delicious meal with Hollandze pancake/blintzes, delicious lasagnas, salads, and of course ice coffee by Rivka. My freind Jackie and and his girlfriend joined us as well, against the wishes of Esti, who would just as soon have had a private dinner with just her and jackie:)
We ate lunch by Ettas father the second day who provided a delicious assortments of cheeses from around the world and from various animals.
We davened by Dovids shul where I can report without concern that it is one of the loudest, but most beautiful shuls in CH. Great speeches, yummy food, and good company.
We are, Bizrat Hashem, moving-in this upcoming sunday barring any delays in the remodeling. We will be sure to send pics when they are avl.

Just a little report about Shavu'os in Long Beach.

The weather was picture perfect, actually a kind of cool in the morning on the 2nd day. I enjoyed making fancy dishes for Pappa, even that I couldn't eat. Tuesday lunch was at the Shterns, with amazing food and a beautiful presentation. Shul was packed the first day with lots of children, a beautiful sight.
Hope that you all had a very nice Yom Tov, even with the weather being so hot.

hi everyone. we had a nice lively shabbos with lots of people hanging out the whole shabbos long. we moved from the table to the couch to the deck, and then back again.
Gorgeous weather!
Today I went with Hinda, Estee, Levi, and Raizy to NY Hall of Science. Great time.\
Super busy at work.
Tuesday I finish up my dental work, I think!
Tuesday is Levi's "graduation".
My toy room is slowly being transformed into an aquarium. I've been busy painting seaweed and lots of colorful fish all around. It's fun to add new fish and see the kids' reaction the next morning.
My computer is TOTALLY infected with something. OMG I have to restart it everyday. It's driving me crazy.
Mama sounds great. glad she got over her earlier infection. We're rooting for you!
